Although I often made mistakes or felt confused about certain tasks, my supervisor never got angry or gave up on teaching me. Instead, he was always patient and willing to explain things repeatedly until I understood. The engineers are very friendly, and they are not shy to greet me on my first day which makes me not scared to approached them every time to ask question.

For now, i don't have any suggestion on this company to improve for future because during my 10 weeks, i do not see any trouble in this company which is i very recommended for future interns to undergo their internship at ISE.
